Craft Crops are held at the Hampton Inn located at 8220 E Regal Place S, Bixby OK 74133 (103rd & Memorial by the Spirit Center).  To arrange for a sleeping room you will need to contact the Hampton Inn directly 918.394.2000. Tell them you are with the Crafting Group for a special room rate.

Craft Crops start at 9:00am Friday and run thru Sunday evening... 60+ hours of Crafting Bliss..... Literally Craft Till You Drop!

Craft Crop Weekend price is $30.00 for the entire weekend.  Payment will need to be made in advance to hold your space.  You will have your own 6ft table. Space is limited and available on a first come basis.  However that doesn't mean that if you call us on Friday of the crop that there won't be a table available we just cannot guarantee or hold you a space without advance payment.

As of May 2014 I will no longer be a Close To My Heart Consultant.  Letting CTMH go was a hard decision for me to make.   If you need Close To My Heart products just order thru Dalene Wells at dalenew.ctmh.com.

Now with that being said  Dalene and I will still be hosting Crops at the Hampton Inn on 106th & Memorial in Bixby.  With the new year (2015) we will be downsizing to 6-8 crops a year instead of 12.  Keep and eye out on this blog and in your email for the dates.

How to use the New Alcohol Markers and Mini Pigment Pad Sets

I don't know about you but I was a little skeptical about the new alcohol markers and pigment ink pads.  For those of you who know me you know I am not a colorer so I really couldn't see what the big deal was about new markers.  Well, let me tell you these new markers will make even the grouchiest colorer (like me) want to color.  Then to top it off they throw in new pigment inks!  Wow way to send someone (me) over the edge!  Well, I ordered all the little pigment inks.  You know why?  Because they are so darn cute in their little squares and they stack all nice and neat on top of each other, I had to get them just for that.  I'll admit I haven't really tried to use them much because I thought I would use all the ink out of those little squares.  Let me tell you those little squares hold a lot of ink and the pigment ink coverage is GREAAAAT! it is so cool.  I am so happy I watched the video CTMH put out on the markers and pigment inks.  Now I know how to use the new markers (I will) and pads I also know how to clean and store them as well.  But most of all I know what product to use to get the look I am going for in my project.  Those little pigment ink squares are not just setting there looking cute and organized they are really getting used!  Check out the video here  INK IT UP
